This place someday might change my life because at the moment I can not sleep at night because I used to have coke a cola but I don’t have anymore plus my mental state changes throughout the day if it is raining or sunny or if someone try’s to argue with me or shout at me which my dad does a lot of but not as much now

I spent a month here and it changed my life. The staff is superb. I was at a point in my life where I had not dealt with childhood traumas. In order for me to be a better version of myself, I needed to take time out from my life and spend 28 days focusing on me. You get what you put into this program. As long as you keep your focus on yourself you will leave CAST knowing more about yourself and how to deal better with your life and issues. I only have fond memories of my time here. I wish I lived closer so I could be a part of the alumni program that is offered. Thank you CAST!

My experience at CAST was phenomenal. I went in broken, sick, anxiety ridden and so disappointed in myself. The clinical staff, transitional living staff and the clients made me feel welcomed, encouraged and supported. The therapists were honestly more than I could have hoped for. They helped me dig deep, while empowering me the entire time. The therapy was intense, so the weekend outings were much appreciated. Healthy fun, laughter and experiencing new places I had never visited before was the perfect break, yet still part of the recovery process. The transitional living home was gorgeous, relaxing and just what I needed. The staff was amazing at dealing with all of us there with kindness and grace. I think of everyone on CAST staff as family...from beginning to end. When I made the phone call enquiring about the program, the man who answered (Robert) checked in with me daily until my plane left, texting and calling. He helped me every day to move forward and get on that plane. I can’t say enough about this program, it changed my entire life. I am happy, healthy, productive, hardly any anxiety and feel like this is the best time of my life when I only discharged a little over 2 months ago. I am beyond grateful. Shout out to Bob, my therapist while there...I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you all so much.

After attempting to get sober at multiple treatment centers I would like to credit Mike Bayer and the Team at CAST for giving me the tools I needed to achieve both sobriety and a happy and healthy life. I currently have more than four years of sobriety and have meaningful relationships in my life. I will be forever grateful for my experience at CAST!

CAST Centers is the best aftercare program I have ever been to. They provided me with the tools to not only stay sober but to live a life that I am proud of today. Their holistic approach to treatment not only helped me deal with my addiction but also addressed my struggles with depression, anxiety and PTSD. The work I did in groups and during individual sessions with Aliah, Rebecca and Sabrena truly helped me save my life. I was a client at their Transitional Living Apartments for 8 months in addition to attending their PHP, IOP and OP programs and the staff at the apartments were equally as instrumental in my recovery. Charles, Taylor, Brendon and Emma were incredibly supportive, kind, and experienced. The apartments are well furnished, clean, and comfortable. I felt at home and was able to flourish during my stay. I owe a great debt to everyone at CAST Centers and am very grateful for my experience there. I would recommend it over any other treatment center I have been to without hesitation.
