I came to Twin Town after 30 days of rehab. I needed to continue the same vigorous work I experienced in rehab. I was seen on Labor Day(no days off for addiction). And began my Intensive Out-Patient Treatment immediately. The support and education I have received at Twin Town has been wonderful. I view all fellow "group" participants and counselors as my "family". It has been remarkably easy because of the "safe" space provided by all. I have been sober for 100 days. A blip in a lifetime of addiction. Yet, the profound change, with the love and support of all at Twin Town, is nothing short of miraculous. Do not hesitate to get help if you are in need. Life is full of possibility. Twin Town continues to make my life work.

This place is top notch. The clinical team and board of doctors and psychologists are as good as any of the Malibu or Hollywood Hills staffs, at a fraction of the price. Covered by most insurances (Mine was CIGNA).

I went to The Hills in 2014 for an opiate addiction. I was treated like an actual human being there, and felt that I was really cared for and cared about. The meals there were all delicious, the views out of each of the homes were beautiful (there are 3 separate homes used in the in-patient facility), the staff is very kind and knowledgeable, and it is quite secluded from the rest of the world, giving you a chance to really work on yourself without feeling like you're locked up in jail. All the staff made me feel like I was genuinely important to them. The Hills's owner, Howard Samuels, was also very caring and kind, but was stern and direct when he needed to be. There is more than one path to recovery here, as all patients have a recovery plan tailor made to suit their needs and desires. They also work with most PPO insurance plans (I had Blue Shield at the time, which they took), and even though they may seem expensive even with insurance, staying there was worth every penny spent.

The Hills is great. I was able to learn about myself and gain my confidence back. The staff is amazing and very understanding no matter what the situation. Definitely have a lot of respect for the Hills and the staff there. Thank you for helping me change my life!
